Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which gives you 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. All returns will be inspected upon receipt. We reserve the right to decline a refund or exchange if the returned items are not in their original condition.

Buyers are responsible for the cost of return postage. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item, as we are not liable for items lost in transit.

To start a return, contact us at info@chameleonbelt.com with your order number, and our team will assist you. Please do not hesitate to email us should you have any questions regarding your purchase. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
